How do I adjust the size sequence in the inventory matrix?

Here is a guide that will let you determine the order in which your sizes appear when using the inventory matrix.

First, you will need to go to the Admin Tools tab in ERP. While in System Settings, click System Parameters Setup.

Click System Settings on the left and you will see the field Size Sequence.

In the dropdown menu, select the sizes in the order in which you would like them displayed.

Note: If you have multiple sizing conventions (e.g., if you sell items XS, S, M, L, XL as well as 0, 2, 4, 6, etc.), just make sure the order is correct within each string of styles. Only available sizes will appear in the matrix so if an item is XS-XL, you will not see 0-6.

Once you have completed this and the sizes are ordered correctly, click Save.

Click Yes.

Click Yes to log out.

Log back in. As you can see, the sizes are appearing in the correct order.

Note: If you have items with length (e.g., pants), the Length/Size column will show the inseam. In the image below, the waist size goes from 26-on and the inseam length goes from 29-on.
