How do I create a new warehouse in ERP?

Note: If you are creating a physical and not virtual warehouse, this guide is only for users who do not use WMS. If you do use WMS, you must add physical warehouses in that module and not in ERP.

All virtual warehouses are created in ERP regardless of whether or not you use WMS.

Warning: To add the above, any warehouses created in ERP will not sync to WMS. Warehouses created in WMS will sync to ERP. The sync is one-directional: from WMS to ERP, and not the other way around.

While in ERP, go to Admin Tools > Product Settings > Warehouse Settings.

Click Add Line.

Click the plus sign. Enter the WHSE # (the code you will use for your warehouse), WHSE (the name of the warehouse), the Type of warehouse, and any other information you think is needed. At the bottom, determine whether this is a virtual Dropship warehouse, Virtual warehouse, 3rd Party warehouse, if you want this warehouse to ignore your ATS information, and/or if you want this warehouse to not feed information to a sales channel.

Note: To delete an existing warehouse, while the plus sign is expanded, click the trashcan icon Delete Item.

This will only work if there are no items currently associated with this warehouse. If there are, you will see an error.

When you're done, click Save.

Click Yes.
