How do I remove items from orders?

Here’s a guide on how to remove items from an order in DigitBridge, depending on the order’s status.

Removing items from a sales order depends on where the order is in its lifecycle. Here’s how to handle each scenario:


✅ If the order is in Pending status

You can remove or adjust items directly by editing the order in ERP > Sales > Sales Order Management.

⚠️ If the order is in Processing status

At this stage, you’ll need to abandon the order before you can make changes.

🚫 If the order is Shipped

Once shipped, an order cannot be modified. To remove or reverse an item, you’ll need to process a return. (This process is covered in a separate guide.)
