How do I run an inventory report for a virtual warehouse?

Here’s how to filter by warehouse and export stock levels from your virtual locations.

If you want to view stock levels specifically for a virtual warehouse (such as a consignment or dropship location), you can do so directly from the Inventory List.

Steps:

  1. Go to Inventory > Product Management.

  2. Use the Search by Warehouse dropdown to select the virtual warehouse you want to report on.

  3. Click More Filters.

  4. Enable the toggle for In Stock > 0 to show only items with inventory.

  5. Click Apply.

  6. To export the data, highlight the results and copy/paste into Excel (or use your browser’s export options if available).

This will give you a clean inventory snapshot for that warehouse, showing only SKUs with stock.
