How do I use a pick ticket to pick items in the warehouse?
Here is a guide to pick items using pick tickets and picklists during the fulfillment process.
This guide will point you in the direction of other guides to aid you in this process.
Once you have created a Sales Order (S/O) and its accompanying Pick Ticket (P/T), it's time to process it in the warehouse. Please note: the creation of the P/T will happen automatically, depending on your settings.
If you follow the instructions in the guides linked above, your P/T will be created automatically in ERP, and the order will be sent to WMS. You'll add orders to the queue for fulfillment, which will generate a pick list/pick lists that you can print and use to pick the items in the warehouse.
