How do I view quotes submitted through the Customer Portal?

Learn how to find and identify Customer Portal quotes in the system.

To view quotes submitted by your wholesale customers through the Customer Portal:

Go to the Quotation List

  • In ERP, go to Sales > Quotation Management.

Apply filters to locate portal quotes

  • Click More Filter to open up the Filter sidebar.

  • Scroll down to Quotation Type.

  • Select Customer Portal from the dropdown menu.

  • Click Apply.

Now only your Customer Portal quotes will appear in the list screen.

Note: All portal quotes will be in a draft/unapproved state until approved or converted into a sales order. Unless you wish for them to come in as approved sales orders - in which case, check out this guide: How can I auto-approve quotations that come through the Customer Portal?
