What are the quotation types in DigitBridge?

Here's how to understand the different quotation types available and when to use them.

When creating a quotation in DigitBridge, you will select a quotation type. These types help categorize the purpose or workflow of the quote.

Quotation types

  • Wholesale
    Intended for large-volume customers. May include tiered pricing or freight terms.

  • Customer Portal
    Designed for quotes that have come in from the Customer Portal (only relevant for users that utilize DigitBridge's B2B Customer Portal).

  • Other
    Quotations that don't fit into either of the above categories.

Note: Your available quotation types may be customized during onboarding or by your system administrator. If a type is unclear or missing, contact your Account Manager or Admin team.
