Why is the Expression tab in the Price Update tool blank?
Here's how you troubleshoot an empty Expression tab in DigitBridge.
If you're in the Expression tab of the Price Update tool and don’t see any prices to update—don’t worry. This usually means your List tab is empty.
The Expression tab only works if the List tab has SKUs.
Before you can calculate or update prices in the Expression tab, DigitBridge needs to know which products you're working on. If no SKUs are listed in the List tab, then there’s nothing to show in the Expression view.
How to fix it:
1. Go to the List tab.
- From the main Price Update Management screen, select the List tab.
2. Click Apply to load SKUs.
- You can run a blank search by clicking Apply with no filters, or use filters (like SKU or product name) to narrow down your product list.
3. Return to the Expression tab.
- Once there are SKUs in the List tab—even just one—the Expression tab will populate with all available price fields, including:

Wholesale (WSP)
-
Custom business types
-
Dropship and others
-
Tip: You only need one SKU in the List tab to unlock full functionality in the Expression tab. Make sure to always start with a product search.
