Dashboard

This is essentially your ERP Homepage - the first thing that loads when you open ERP. This is where you can view your daily business metrics both holistically and on a more granular level. Use the dashboard for a snapshot of any one day's orders, sales, P/Os, and inventory. To reach the dashboard, just click on the DigitBridge logo in the upper left-hand corner.

Favorites

Think of this as your command center, allowing you to create shortcuts to the functions and reports you use most regularly. We highly recommend that you do this right out of the gate. 

Tip: Make this one of the first things you do in DigitBridge!

CRM

This tab centralizes all customer-related information, providing a comprehensive view of customer interactions, history, and data. Use this section to manage contact details and track customer engagement and purchase history. Know who’s shopping with you via which channels.

Inventory

This is your one-stop-shop to add/edit items and track the what, where, and how much of just about everything. Create Products allows you to add a new item profile with a unique SKU (and UPC) and assign all related attributes and variations (colors, sizes, etc.). Enjoy a powerful sort & filter feature built to give you a customized view into your current Inventory. Use the Price Book to set up custom price rules for your product. Keep track of who in your organization is making Inventory Adjustments. Manage your Costs and always know your current Inventory Value. Don't sell out or overstock with the assistance of our Available to Sell (ATS) reporting. Automatically handle Inventory Replenishment and use those insights to generate P/Os Proposals.

Sales

Track your orders here to see what’s pending, what’s ready to ship, and what’s been shipped already. This area covers all aspects of the sales process from initial Sales Orders to Shipments, Returns, and Invoices. Dive into sales metrics with the Sales Order Inquiry and sort by high performing items to approach your sales more strategically and with greater efficiency.

Accounts Receivable

Keep track of money owed to your business. This tab helps you manage incoming Payments, Credit Memos, Refund Receipts, and Miscellaneous Transactions. Did a customer overpay? Are you processing a refund or crediting it against a future purchase? You can also enter Sales Commissions for your sales reps using settings customized to your preferred commission structure. All of this will assist you in maintaining a healthy cash flow.

Purchasing

This is your hub for all purchasing activities. Manage your Vendor records and transaction history. Track P/Os by status and close them out as you pay them. Turn a P/O Proposal into an official P/O. Just like a Sales Order, each Purchase Order has its own unique history that you can access here. Analyze data so you can approach future orders more strategically.

Operational Reports

Any operational reports found in ERP can be accessed here as a Key Report (reports most commonly used by our clients) or an Advanced Report. Get high-level views of sales & inventory insights and drill down into the nitty gritty details. Do you want ATS analysis by warehouse? Historical data in reports for sales reps to help them succeed? You can find all of that and more here. Format and filter reports to your specification and save them so they always look the way you want them to.

Business Intelligence

The strongest function of ERP is reporting. Our Business Intelligence section offers key insights through an Executive Dashboard, Product Sales Analysis, Customer Sales Analysis, Sales & Inventory Forecasting, Inventory Aging Report, and much more. This area helps you track overall performance, dive deep into product and customer trends, and manage inventory effectively. Customize reports to meet your needs and save your settings for future use. Whether you’re planning strategy or monitoring day-to-day operations, all the essential data is at your fingertips.

System Info

You can eliminate a lot of unknowns by keeping detailed records. These logs do exactly that – log all system activity: what changes were made when and by whom. All historical errors, a complete listing of all past exports and integrations, and channel feeds can be found here. Some of the logs included are System Activity, Central Order, Invoice to Commerce Central, QuickBooks Export, and Channel ATS, just to name a few.
