How can I add items from a supplier's dropship catalog to my own inventory?
Here's a guide on how to add select SKUs from a vendor's dropship product catalog into your own inventory.
Make sure you have already imported your supplier's dropship catalog via the Vendor Portal.
First, get to the Dropship Center.
Tip: Currently, the only way to access this button is while you are in ERP. So, if you don't see it, don't worry. Get to ERP first and it will appear.
Now go to Seller > Browse Catalog.
Enter the Vendor # and click Apply. The catalog will now appear.
Click Select All. Click Add Selected to Selection.
You'll see a number appear in a red circle by Product Selection. Click it.
Here you have the opportunity to add your Seller SKU, if different from their Vendor SKU. Click Add or Update Products of Selected Vendor to Inventory List.
Tip: You can use the Copy to Excel > Paste > fill in the spreadsheet > Paste From Excel workflow here, as well.
Click Yes.
Now, in ERP, all of these SKUs will appear in your inventory!
