How can I add/edit a dropship catalog to a vendor in the Vendor Portal?
Here is a guide on how to load a dropship catalog into a vendor/dropship supplier in the Vendor Portal.
Once you get a dropship supplier set up in the Vendor Portal, you can add their product catalog with a few simple steps.
Log in to the Vendor Portal as that Vendor.
Go to Dropship Catalog > Catalog Entry.
Right-click in the grid to export this template to Excel (or your preferred spreadsheet software) by clicking Copy to Excel.
Paste it into a spreadsheet.
Fill out the template, select all (including the headers) and copy it.
Back in DigitBridge, right-click in the grid and select Paste From Excel - Replace Grid. Check out the tips in this guide on how best to use this function.
Once everything shows up, click Add.
Warning: If you do not click Add first, you will not be able to save.
Click Save.
Click Yes.
Update: To make changes to the catalog, you can do so manually or by pasting updates from excel - you'll select Paste From Excel - Update Grid and it will update only the values that have changed from what they were before.
Replace: If a dropship catalog has changed entirely and needs replacing, you'll select Paste From Excel - Replace Grid and it will get rid of everything and just add whatever you've pasted in from your spreadsheet.
Navigate to the Dropship Center. Go to Seller > Browse Catalog.
Enter the Vendor # and click Apply. The catalog will now appear.
