How can I assign a Product SKU to a Style/Substyle?
Here's a guide on how to assign individual items to a Substyle and Style.
In the event that a user creates an individual SKU either manually (not using the Create Wizard) r via import and omitting the Style/Substyle columns, there's a very simple way of assigning it to the Substyle and Style it belongs to.
First, in ERP, go to Inventory > Product Management.
Using the search tools and clicking Apply, find the SKU(s) you need to assign. Select them and click Action > Assign to Style / Substyle.
You can begin to type a Style and Substyle (the system will use predictive text to help you) or you can click the magnifying glasses to conduct a search. To ensure all Substyle information is added, make sure Sync Substyle is toggled on. Click Assign Style.
You will get a message alerting you that this was successful.
Caution: When doing this, make sure that the SKU follows the proper Style-Substyle-SKU format of all other children SKUs in this particular set.
