How can I check my inventory levels in the 3PL Client Portal?

CLIENT GUIDE: Here’s how you can view your current stock levels and related inventory details in the 3PL Client Portal.

First, you need to get to the product list screen.

  • In the 3PL Client Portal, go to Inventory > Product Management.

  • Click Apply to load your products in the list view.

From here, you can check your inventory in two ways: from the Product List screen (multiple items at once) or from the Product Management screen (single item only).

Option 1: View inventory from the Product List screen

  • Review the following columns for inventory information:
    • In Stock – The total quantity of the SKU currently available.

    • OSO – On Sales Orders. The total quantity of the SKU allocated to open sales orders.
    • OPQ – On Purchase Orders. The total quantity of the SKU on open purchase orders not yet received.
    • ATS – Available to Sell.

      • In Stock - OSO.

    • In Sight – Expected inventory.
      • In Stock + OPQ.
    • PROJ – Projected inventory, factoring in incoming stock and existing orders.
      • In Stock - OSO + OPQ.

Option 2: View inventory for a specific SKU

  • In the Product List screen, click on the SKU you want to review.

  • Go to the Inventory tab within that SKU’s detail view.

  • Review stock quantities for each warehouse location where the item is stored.

Tip: Use filters in Product Management to narrow results by SKU, category, or warehouse.

Tip: The ATS number is often the best indicator of what you can sell immediately.
