How can I create a Sales Order directly from the customer page?
Here are the steps to quickly generate a new Sales Order for a customer right from their profile in ERP.
To streamline the order creation process, you can generate a Sales Order directly from the Customer page in ERP. This allows you to bypass the need to manually search for the customer again within the Sales Order module.
Steps:

In ERP, go to CRM > Customers.

Locate and click on the existing customer for whom you want to create an order using the sort and filter tools. Click Apply.
Tip: You can do this for a new customer you just added. However, you need to save that new customer to the system first.

On the Customer Management screen, click the Actions dropdown.

Select Create Sales Order from the dropdown options.

You'll be taken to the Sales Order Management screen in Add mode, with the customer information already populated.

Add SKUs to the Sales Order and make any necessary adjustments.

When you're finished, click Save.

Click Yes.
This feature can also be used immediately after creating a new customer, making it easy to start an order workflow from the same screen.
