Here is a guide on how to update your inventory and stock levels directly to sales channels.
For all channels with automatic inventory syncing built, inventory will sync from DigitBridge to that channel automatically every day in the middle of the day (at 11:45 am). However, there may be times when you want to sync inventory more frequently. For example - you manually enter a large wholesale order and want to update a particular SKU's stock on the digital channels to avoid overselling in the immediate future.

First, head to the PIM module.
Next, go to Channel Listing. Click on whatever channel you want to sync your inventory to.
You can use the search criteria to locate specific styles or SKUs, or just click the magnifying glass to see all items on this channel.
Note: This will only show you items that are currently listed on this channel. It will not show your complete catalog (unless you have your complete catalog listed on the channel).
From here, you can sync certain individual SKUs or you can elect to sync all SKUs listed on this channel.
Sync specific SKUs
If you just want to sync the inventory for specific SKUs, select them. Then hover over Publish and click Publish Inventory.
From here, click Publish Selected. This will publish the most up-to-date inventory values for all selected SKUs to the channel.
You will get a notification that it was successfully published.
Click Close.
After a few minutes, the inventory will be updated in the channel.
Tip: Unless you need to update the inventory for all of the products on the channel, it's advisable to do only a selected amount simply because it will take much less time and put less pressure on the API integration on the channel end.
Sync all SKUs
If you just want to sync the inventory for all of the SKUs you have listed on this channel, hover over Publish and click Publish Inventory.
Click Publish All.
You will get a notification that it was successfully published.
Click Close.
After some time, your inventory will be updated in the channel.
Caution: When syncing inventory for a large number of SKUs (i.e., over 1,000), this can take up to 10 minutes or more, depending on the volume of SKUs.
