How can I re-send Invoice & Shipment information to a sales channel?

Here is a guide on how to re-send information about a particular invoice/shipment to a sales channel.

First, you want to make sure that the sales order (S/O) information is feeding to the channel. In ERP, go to Sales > S/O Management.

Search for the order in question and check that the value in the Feed column is "Yes." 

Now, you must locate the shipment. Go to Sales > Shipment Management.

Search for and locate the shipment.

Select the row, then click Action > Resend to Channel.

Check in the channel itself to validate that the information has synced with the channel. If yes, you're all done. If no, contact support: cs@digitbridge.com. 

Warning: You absolutely must check in the channel to confirm that the resend worked. This step must not be skipped.
