How can I search and bulk add SKUs to a Sales Order?

Here's how to use the inventory search tool to quickly find and add multiple SKUs to a Sales Order in ERP.

When creating a Sales Order, you don’t have to manually enter each SKU one by one. Instead, you can use the magnifying glass icon next to the SKU field to browse and filter your full product list and add multiple SKUs at once.

Steps:

  • In ERP, go to Sales > Sales Order Management, and begin creating or editing a Sales Order as usual.

  • Under the Lines tab, locate the SKU field.

  • Click the magnifying glass icon next to the SKU field.

A full inventory list will appear.

  • Use the filters at the top (e.g. Category, Class) or click More Filters to refine your search by additional attributes.

  • Click Apply.

  • Check the boxes next to the SKUs you want to add, or use Select All if applicable.

  • Click Select to add the selected SKUs to the Sales Order.

Your items are now all on the sales order.

  • Click Save.

  • Click Yes.

This tool is especially useful for quickly adding multiple SKUs from a particular vendor or category, or for reviewing product details before selecting.
