How do I add footnotes?
Here is a guide to adding footnotes to: customers, vendors, S/Os, pick tickets, shipments, invoices, returns, prepayments, inventory updates, warehouse transfers, P/Os, P/O receives, A/P bills, credit memos, & more.
First, in ERP, go to Settings > System > Footnotes. Click Add Line.
Expand the new line by clicking on the plus sign. Select the type of item you want to add your footnote to (customer, invoice, purchase order, etc.). If applicable, select a format (these format options will be set up during your onboarding).
Enter the footnote (typically an address) decide if this will be your default option by toggling it on or off. Click Save.
Click Yes.
We added a footnote to sales orders, so let's make sure it worked. Go to any S/O, then Reports > Print Report.
This will download the S/O as a PDF. Open it and scroll to the bottom. You will see your new footnote.
