How do I add product images to the Customer Portal?

Follow these steps to sync images from PIM to your Customer Portal catalog.

To ensure product images appear in the Customer Portal, follow this workflow across PIM and Customer Central:


Confirm images in PIM

  • Go to PIM > Content Resources.

  • Verify that the appropriate product image(s) exist for each SKU.

  • Click on the Style, Substyle, or SKU.
  • Check that the SKU has entries under the Dropship tab with:

    • From Dropshipping Supplier

    • To Dropshipper


Push the SKU(s) to Dropship

  • In Content Resources, select the SKU(s) you want to publish.

  • Hover your cursor over Bulk and select Push.

  • Click Push Selected.

  • Make sure To Dropshipper is selected.

  • Click Next.

  •  Click Submit.

  • Close the dialog once complete.


Update your catalog in Customer Central 

Once everything is pushed, you'll need to update the catalog.
