How do I adjust Pick Ticket settings for automatic creation?

Here we will go through the settings required for Pick Tickets to be created automatically from Sales Orders - or not.

First, you need to determine if you are going to use Pick Tickets (P/Ts) or not. If so, you may want a P/T generated automatically when a new Sales Order (S/O) is created. Here are the steps to do that.

In ERP, go to Admin Tools > System Parameters Setup.

On the left sidebar, click Fulfillment. If you are using WMS for order fulfillment, Create P/T automatically after S/O saved should be toggled on. This will automatically turn on Always send P/T for S/O. Transfer all SKU to P/T should also be toggled on. You can determine what kind of S/Os you'd like this to apply to by selecting order types in the field for Auto create P/T for S/O Type. If you leave this field blank, it will apply to all S/Os. When your settings look correct, click Save.

Note: If you want P/Ts created for all orders, leave the field Auto create P/T for S/O type field blank. If you want it just for certain order types, select them from the dropdown. In that case, P/Ts will not auto-generate for non-selected types.

Click Yes.

You will be prompted to log out in order for your changes to update. Click Yes, log out.
