How do I assign a Business Type to a Customer?
Here's a quick guide on how to specify a Customer or Channel as a particular Business Type.
Make sure you have created business types first.
First, go to CRM > Customers.
Search for your Customer or click Apply to see all.
Click on the Customer you wish to update. Making sure you are in Edit mode, select the Business Type you want to assign to this Customer from the dropdown. Click Save.
Click Yes.
