How do I associate a Case Pack with a Style?

Here's a quick guide on how to assign a Case Pack Code to a particular Style.

First, make sure you have Case Pack functionality turned on. Next, create your Case Pack Code(s).

Once that's complete, in ERP, go to Inventory > Style Master Management.

Search for the Style you want to assign the Case Pack to. Click Apply. Click the Style Master link.

Make sure you're in Edit mode.

In the Product Detail tab, under Other Settings, click Show More.

You will see pack fields now. Click Manage Case Pack.

Note: if you don't see the Manage Case Pack button and you have turned Case Packs on, log out and log back in. It should appear.

Your standard Case Pack options are here. Click Add Case Pack to add a new line. Select your custom Case Pack from the dropdown. Click OK.

Back in the Pack section near the bottom, you can now select your Default Case Pack for this style. This means that whenever a SKU from this Style appears on a S/O or P/O, it will default to whatever pack you select (or a single unit if nothing is selected).

Click Save.

Click Yes.

Now, on the Inventory List, when you search for a SKU within that Style, you have the option of how you'd like to view it. Here is the default:

Click the dropdown next to Pack Qty Calculate. Select the Pack you want.

You will now view the inventory in terms of Case Packs in stock.

Caution: If your In Stock levels look a little off to you, make sure the Pack Qty is set correctly (e.g., you were looking at something that sells in a pack but now you want to view something that sells individually. Make sure it is set back to Each (1).

If you click on a SKU and go to the Inventory Management screen, on the Inventory Tab, you will see this same option.

Note: Make sure you're in Edit mode first or you will not be able to adjust this!

By changing the Pack Qty Calculate value, the In Stock, ATS, and Projected Amounts will all change to show how many Case Packs are in the inventory.
