How do I associate SKUs with vendors?

Here’s how you can link one or more SKUs to one or more vendors so they can be used for dropship routing, purchasing, and vendor-related workflows.

Step 1 — Open Product Management

  • Go to ERP → Inventory → Product Management

Note: This is only possible from Product Management. You cannot do this in Style Master Management. To associate by style, simply search by style in Product Management.

  • Use the Search By bar or More Filter panel to locate the SKU(s) you want to associate.

Step 2 — Select your SKUs

  • Check the box next to a single SKU or select multiple SKUs at once.

  • Click Action → Add to Vendor SKU.

Step 3 — Choose the vendor

  • In the pop-up window, begin typing the vendor name.

  • Or click the magnifying glass to search the full vendor list.

  • Select the vendor. You may select multiple vendors if needed.

  • Click Select.

Step 4 — Save the association

  • Click Add to complete the association.

🚨Important warning🚨

When you associate a SKU with a vendor from Product Management, the system will automatically set the Vendor SKU to match the internal SKU in DigitBridge.

If the vendor uses a different SKU, you must update it using the Vendor SKU Management function instead.
