How do I configure pricing for 3PL clients using the 3PL Price Chart?
Here’s a guide for setting up 3PL processing, storage, and service fees for each client using the 3PL Price Chart.
Note: This guide is for 3PL providers (as opposed to operators who use a 3PL solution).
📌 What Is the 3PL Price Chart?
The 3PL Price Chart is where you define service rates for your 3PL clients—including:
-
Inbound and outbound processing fees
-
Labeling, packaging, and handling fees
-
Restocking or return charges
-
Storage rates based on SKU or storage package
-
Aging-based storage tiers (e.g., 0–30 days vs. 31–60 days)
These rates are then automatically applied to sales orders, returns, receiving, and daily storage invoices.
🔧 Where to Configure 3PL Pricing
Go to:
ERP → Billing → 3PL Price Chart

✨ Optional: Copy Pricing Between Clients
Use the Copy From dropdown to duplicate pricing from another customer. This is helpful when your fee structure is consistent across multiple clients.

🧠 Tip
You can update multiple rows at once using the 3PL Price Bulk Update tool. This is especially helpful for price adjustments across many SKUs.
