How do I connect with/disconnect from QuickBooks?
Here is a tutorial on how to set up your QuickBooks connection in DigitBridge - and how to disconnect it.
It's very easy to connect and disconnect your QuickBooks account with DigitBridge.
In ERP, go to Admin Tools > QuickBooks Mapping > Integration Setup.
Connecting
On the QuickBooks Integration Setup page, under Connection Management, toggle the Enable QuickBooks Integration switch to on.
Click Save.
Click Yes.
You will get another notification telling you the save was successful.
Now, Click Connect to QuickBooks.
This will open a new tab. Enter your Email or User ID.
Enter your password.
Request a code.
Enter the code and click Continue.
The tab will close, bringing you back to DigitBridge. The green Connect to QuickBooks button has been replaced with a button that says Disconnect.
You will see a notification that your connection was successful.
Click Save.
Click Yes.
You will get another notification telling you the save was successful.
Disconnecting
Note: If you are already connected, going into the integration setup should prompt a notification in a few seconds confirming your connection is successful.
On the QuickBooks Integration Setup page, under Connection Management, click Disconnect.
You will get a notification that you were successfully disconnected.
You will notice the Disconnect button has been replaced by a Connect to QuickBooks button. If you choose, you can also disable the QuickBooks integration by toggling the switch off.
Click Save.
Click Yes.
You will get another notification telling you the save was successful.
