How do I create a profile in the 3PL Client Portal?

Note: This guide is for a client of a 3PL provider who uses DigitBridge.

First, your provider will give you a link: https://3plclient.digitbridge.com. Open this in a new browser tab of your choice.

Warning: If your provider is using a custom domain the above link will not work and you need to get a proper link directly from them.

On the sign-in screen, you will click Sign up now.

Enter the email address that was specified when your provider invited you and click Send Verification Code. This will send a one-time code to that email address.

Check your email inbox, copy the code, and paste it in the box. Then, click Verify code (or Send new code if you don't get one within two minutes).

Tip: Check your spam or junk mail folders if you don't see it in your regular inbox.

Create a new password and enter it twice. Change the first and last names if need be. Finally, click Create.

Now you are logged into the DigitBridge 3PL Client Portal.
