How do I edit a shipping service?

Here's a quick guide to editing the shipping service for a specific shipment/order.

First, from WMS, go to Sales Order > View Orders on the left-hand sidebar. Find the shipment you are looking for using the search parameters. Click Search, then click on the Channel Order ID or Fulfillment Order ID of the order you wish to edit. 

Note: If you don't see your search result, check the Enter Date filter to make sure the date range is set correctly and isn't excluding your orders.

This will open the Order Details menu, where you can click Edit Shipping Service.

You can select Shopping Around or select a shipping carrier of your choosing. Click Save.

This will update your shipping service either to what you selected, or (if you selected Shopping Around) to the most economical option.
