How do I edit my details in the 3PL Client Portal?

CLIENT GUIDE: Here's how you can update your information in the 3PL Client Portal.

Note: This guide is for a client of a 3PL provider who uses DigitBridge.

 

  • Once you have logged in, click CRM > Customers.

  • Click Apply.
  • Click on the Customer #.

  • Get into Edit mode.
  • Make any changes to your information you need.
  • Click Save.

  • Click Yes.

Your changes have been made and saved.
