Here you will learn how to use Inventory Management to edit your product information at an individual item level.
It's recommended to make most edits at the Style or Substyle level (so you aren't doing the same work multiple times). Instructions for that can be found in the Style Master article. If you decide to make edits at the SKU level anyway, here's a guide to the Inventory Management screen.
In ERP, go to Inventory > Inventory > Product. Click Apply for your entire inventory to appear. Or, as above, there are several other ways you can search for inventory. You can search by individual SKU, by Style (to see all of the SKUs within that Style), by Warehouse, and more. Here is an example of a search result for a particular Style.
Click any SKU to open the Inventory Management Screen. Change your process mode to Edit. Click Show More to see more General information.
Everything outlined in the box below will appear. Click Show Less to revert the section to the way it was.
In the Product Detail tab, you will enter pricing, product control, size & color, and other settings (what is your desired minimum stock level, lead time, etc.). If your items vary in price by color or size, you will want to adjust these here: at the Substyle or SKU level, depending. You’ll also enter the physical dimensions of the product and any other relevant fields.
Click Show More next to Size & Color to see everything included in the box below.
Click Show More next to Other Settings to see everything included in the box below, specifically Physical specifications (length, weight, etc.) and Case Pack options.
Inventory is where you can view details as to the current inventory of the item. It will show what you have in stock in all of your warehouses (physical and virtual).
Custom Attributes is where you can assign pre-set attributes that were created during onboarding.
When you're done making all of your changes, click Save.
Click Yes.
Caution: Please remember that all changes made on individual SKUs affect that SKU only and not the parent Substyle and Style.
For broader changes: any changes on the Style level will affect all child Substyles and SKUs. Any changes on the Sub-Style level will affect all child SKUs, but not the parent Style.
