How do I enter international billing addresses?
Here's all you need to know about entering non-United States billing addresses in DigitBridge.
There are many places you might enter in an address. For this example, let's say you started with a Customer page in ERP.
Go to CRM > Customers.
Click Apply and select the customer you want (or do an exact search).
Go into Edit Mode.
Go to the Accounting tab. Click the Manage Credit Card button.
If the country selected is the United States, the State field will have a drop down for all states and territories to choose from.
If you select any country other than the United States, the State field will be open to enter in whatever value is required. Click Add.
Make sure you save to the customer profile once you are done.
Click Yes.
