How do I exclude SKUs from commission?

Here's how you use product-level settings to prevent certain items from earning sales commission.

Excluding SKUs from earning commission can be useful when certain products are non-revenue generating, discounted heavily, or distributed through internal use. DigitBridge allows you to control this at the product level with a few simple steps.

You can either do this in bulk or one-by-one. For one-by-one, complete the first couple of steps under Bulk Update until prompted to skip to the next section.


Bulk Update

  • In ERP, go to Inventory > Product Management.

  • On the Inventory List, use the sort & filter tools to refine your search and click Apply

  • Select the SKUs you wish to update. Click Action.

  • Select Bulk Update.

  • Under Product Detail > Product Control, toggle Non-Commission to ON.
  • Click OK.

  • Click Yes.

Your items have been updated.

Individual Product Update

Once you've clicked Apply (following the steps above), follow the steps below.

  • Click on the SKU you wish to edit.

  • Under Product Detail > Product Control, toggle Non-Commission to ON.

  • Click Save.

  • Click Yes.

Your item has been updated.
