How do I filter or sort by custom attributes in DigitBridge?

Use custom attribute data to refine lists and improve visibility

Once you've assigned values to your custom attributes, you can use them as filter and sort criteria in applicable DigitBridge list views—like products, customers, or sales orders.

Filtering by custom attributes

  • Navigate to a list view (e.g., Product List, Customer List, Sales Order List).

  • Click More Filters to open the filtering panel.

  • Scroll to the bottom to find your custom attribute(s)—these will appear as additional fields.

  • Enter your criteria.

  • Click Apply to update the view.

Tip: Boolean or dropdown fields are most commonly/easily filterable.

Sorting by custom attributes

  • Make sure your custom attributes have column headers visible
    • From the list view, click the three horizontal lines next to any column header. Scroll down and make sure your custom attributes are selected.

  • Drag and drop the columns until they are where you want them - and save your grid setting.
  • Click on one of your column headers, and the table will re-order accordingly.

Tip: Text or dropdown fields are most commonly/easily sortable.

Note: cAttr indicates an unused custom attribute. Feel free to disregard these.
