How do I export data from ERP?

Here's how you can export product information, order history, etc. from the ERP module.

Starting in the ERP Module, you will go to Admin Tools > Import/Export > Export Center.

Determine what kind of data you will be exporting: A/P Invoices, Customer info, Pick Tickets, etc. For this example, let's say you are exporting customer data. Select Customer. Click Select.

Clicking Select will take you to the list screen of whatever it is you have decided to export (e.g. if you're exporting Customer data, it will take you to the Customer List screen). As we have selected Customer, the Customer List screen has appeared. Using the sort and filter tools, click apply to conduct a search to return the items you are interested in exporting. Select the items you wish to export individually or select all. Click Select when you're finished.

Note: Because the screen is only showing the first 50 results, only 50 records have been selected. If you want to select all of them, click on the dropdown next to Load to show more results. Now, when you select all, you'll be able to export all of the records, not just the first 50.

Back in the Export Center, you will see a list of the items you are exporting. Click Export

This will immediately take you to the Results tab, where you will be able to watch the progress of your export and know right away if it was successful or not. Your file will appear in your downloads folder as a .csv, to be opened in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, or another spreadsheet application of your choice. If your export is unsuccessful, you will have to go to the Export Log to see the details. (see next paragraph)

You can also see a log of your export history by navigating to Admin Tools > Import/Export > Export Log.

Click Apply to see a log of all exports.
