How do I make bulk updates to Sales Orders and Invoices?
Here's a shortcut to making bulk adjustments to S/Os and Invoices in ERP.
Users can now make certain changes to Sales Orders and Invoices in Bulk, conserving time and effort.
Go to Sales Order > S/O Management.
Click Apply (once you have entered any filters you desire).
Select the Sales Orders you want to edit, then click Action > Bulk Reset Sales Order.
This menu will appear. Since all the toggles are set to off, none of the fields on the right are editable.
Once you toggle one of the rows on the left to be on, the default outcome is that the settings on that particular customer profile will be applied (all of these settings can be found and edited under Customer > Customer > Info). You can't edit the value in the far-right column, however.
If you want to make bulk edits that are different than the pre-set customer settings, you can toggle Update From Customer off and make your edits manually. Once your edits are complete, click OK to save your updates.
Warning: Any manual adjustments will not be permanently saved to the Customer profile.
To do this for Invoices, go to Sales > Invoice Processing.
From the Invoice List screen, follow the same steps as the sales order process above.
