How do I map accounts from QuickBooks to DigitBridge?
Here is a guide on how to map your accounts from QuickBooks onto various values in DigitBridge (DB).
We have guides on mapping customers, mapping vendors, and mapping products from QuickBooks to DB. In this guide, we'll show how to map accounts.
In ERP, go to Admin Tools > QuickBooks Mapping > Integration Setup.
In the Connection Management tab, click Sync All Codes. This step ensures that any changes you've made in QuickBooks (e.g., new accounts created) are now available in DB.
You will get a notification that the codes were successfully synced.
Accounts Receivable
Payment Method Mapping
Go to the Payment Method Mapping tab on the left. Click Payment Method Settings.
Under Payment Method, on a row that is relevant to you, click the magnifying glass.
Select your payment method.
Do this for each line you need to. Next, go to Paid By Journal Entry. On a row that is relevant to you, click the magnifying glass.
Select the corresponding account.
Do this for each line you need to. Click Save.
Click Yes.

Prepayment Mapping
Go to the Prepayment Mapping tab on the left. Click the magnifying glass on one of the rows.
Select the corresponding account.
