How do I print a sales order report?

Here's how to generate a printable version of your sales order for internal or customer use.

Printing a sales order report in DigitBridge allows you to share a finalized version of the order with customers or internal stakeholders. This is especially useful when you need a PDF version of the order for email communication or recordkeeping.


Open the sales order

  • In the ERP module, go to Sales > Sales Order Management

Note: The same exact steps apply for Consignment Sales Orders.

  • Use the search tools or filters to locate the sales order you want to print.

  • Click to open the desired sales order.


Print the report

  • Click Reports > Print Report.

  • If you have bundle SKUs and wish the report to show all components, toggle Print Bundle Parts "on." Click Download.

  • The system will generate a formatted PDF version of the sales order.

Save or download the file

  • You can print directly or download the PDF for your records or to share externally.
  • If your browser blocks pop-ups, make sure to allow them so the PDF can be generated.
