How do I request a custom domain name for my Customer Portal?

Here’s a quick guide to requesting a branded domain name for your DigitBridge Customer Portal (i.e. B2B wholesale website).

By default, your DigitBridge Customer Portal will live at: https://customerportal.digitbridge.com.

 
However, many brands prefer a custom domain like https://yourbrand.wholesale.com for a more seamless experience. We’re happy to accommodate this request free of charge.

To request a custom domain:

Reach out to your Account Manager as early as possible in your onboarding process. Setting up a custom domain can take several business days to finalize, and early requests help prevent launch delays.

Your Account Manager will walk you through any DNS or configuration steps and coordinate with our engineering team to get your new domain up and running.
