How do I search for a sales order in ERP?

Here’s how you can find any sales order in ERP using the search and filter tools.

Step 1: Open the Sales Order List

  • From the Portal homepage, click ERP.

  • In the left-hand menu, select Sales → SO Management.

This opens the Sales Order List screen, where you can view all sales orders.

Note: SO Management includes both standard and consignment orders. If you only want to view consignment orders, use the Consignment Order Management button in the Sales menu instead.

Step 2: View all sales orders

Click Apply in the upper-right corner to load all existing sales orders.

Step 3: Use the Search By tool

At the top of the Sales Order List, you’ll see the Search By field.
You can search by:

  • Sales Order #

  • Channel Order ID

  • Customer #

  • Order Status or Type

  • …and several other basic filters.

Step 4: Use the More Filter panel for advanced search

For additional criteria, click More Filter.
Here you can search by:

  • Date Range (Created Date or Ship Date)

  • Sales Order #

  • Channel Name

  • Associated Dropship P/O

  • Dropship Type (Sales or Purchase)

  • Order Amount

  • And more

Once your filters are set, click Apply in the upper-right corner.

Step 5: Include or exclude canceled/closed orders

At the bottom of the More Filter panel, you’ll see two toggles:

  • Exclude Cancelled

  • Exclude Closed

These are toggled on by default, which hides canceled or closed orders from your search results. If you want to include them, switch these toggles off before applying your filters.

Step 6: Open a sales order

When you find the sales order you’re looking for, click the Sales Order # in the list.
This opens the Sales Order Management page, where you can view or edit details.

Tip: If you frequently use the same filters (for example, “Open orders this week”), create a saved filter preset for quicker access next time.
