How do I select multiple rows?

Here's how to quickly select multiple rows at a time.

If you want to quickly select multiple rows of a list and don't want to click the checkbox next to each row one by one, here is a shortcut for you.

Rather than selecting the row by clicking the checkbox, click on any cell in the first row you want to select. Press and hold the "Shift" key, then click on any cell in the last row you want to select. This will select these two rows and all rows in between them.

Note: This will not work if you check off a box, hold the Shift key, then select a box several rows down. It must be one of the cells in the grid.

Caution: If you click a cell that has a blue value in it (i.e., a record link), it will open the record. Please make sure you are click either into a blank cell or one with a black value in it.
