How do I ship using the Scan to Ship workflow?

Here is a guide on how to ship/fulfill orders if you use "Scan Flow" and utilize scanners in your fulfillment process.

Make sure you first have your orders queued and your pick lists printed. In WMS, go to Sales Order > Scan to Ship.

A dialog box will appear prompting you to confirm your Device Settings. Printing configuration will occur during onboarding, so all you need to do is click Save to advance. If you need to print to an alternate printer, select from the available dropdowns.

With your cursor in the search field, scan the barcode at the top left of your Pick List. You can also enter the number that appears beneath the barcode (you must include the "_" at the beginning and end of the number). If you scan, it will take you directly to the next step. If you type, click Find Order, or press Enter/Return on your keyboard.

This will load the order data on your screen. Scan each individual item on your pick list. You can also click Verify All to skip this step, although scanning ensures no errors occur. Enter the weight of your order (if you have weights inputted for all of your items, this will automatically populate). Select the service and package, as well as the dimensions. This will all be configured during onboarding. If you'd like to look for more favorable rates, click Shop Around. When you are done, either scan the barcode on your label printer or click Print Label.

If you are not using PrintStation, click on the Warehouse Transfer Order # to export the shipping label and print it.

The Order Details screen will appear. Click Shipments. Click the arrow to the left of the Shipment to expand the line. Click Export PDF and click Shipping Label (you also have the option to print your Packing Slip from here). Your shipping label will be exported as a PDF, and you can print from there.
