How do I show thumbnail images of products or customers in ERP?

Here's a guide showing you how to enable thumbnail previews in list and inquiry views for easier identification.

Why enable thumbnails?

Enabling thumbnail images for products and customers helps you quickly identify records at a glance—no need to click into each one individually. This setting can be useful for visual product recognition or for teams that manage customer profiles with images.


Open System Parameters Setup

  • In ERP, go to Admin Tools > System Settings > System Parameters Setup.


Go to Default Settings

  • In the left-hand menu, select Default Settings.


Enable the image display setting

  • Scroll to the very bottom of the page to find the Image section.

  • For product images:
    • Toggle Display Product Thumbnail in Listing and Inquiry to On.

  • For customer images:
    • Toggle Display Customer Thumbnail in Listing and Inquiry to On.


Save the setting

  • Click Save.

  • When prompted, click Yes to confirm and apply the change.


View thumbnails

  • Go to the Customer List or Product List and click Apply to refresh the view.

  • Thumbnail images will now appear to the left of the Customer # or SKU column in both list and inquiry views.
