How do I sync with QuickBooks on an ongoing basis?
If your information in QuickBooks isn't showing up in DigitBridge, here's what you can do to change that.
When you make changes to items or add new items in DigitBridge that would result in values changing/being added in QuickBooks, this can stop your information from flowing back and forth easily. This can manifest in several ways, for example: your customer list in DigitBridge doesn't load beyond a particular letter (even though all of your customers have been added to DigitBridge).
Luckily, there is an easy fix. Go to Settings > QuickBooks > Integration Setup > Connection Management and just click Sync All Codes.
You will see a notification alerting you that the sync is complete.
Click Save in the upper right-hand corner when you are done. Then, click Yes.
