How do I turn a quotation into a sales order?
Here's a guide on how to approve a quote and turn it into a S/O.
First, you will need to have created a quote.
Next, go to Sales > Quotation Mangement.
Click Apply in the Quotation List to see all Quotations. Click on the one you wish to turn into an order.
Approve the Quotation
Click Action > Approve Quotation.
Click Yes.
Your quotation has been successfully approved.
Warning: Do not save your quotation again or it will overwrite the status change and revert back to "New."
Click the back arrow to go back to the Quotation List.
Post Quotation to Sales Order
If your quotation doesn't show an Approved status, click Apply to reload and it will update. You can post in two ways.
1. Select the SKU and click Action > Post to Sales Order.
Click Yes.
2. Click the quotation you wish to post. From the Quotation Management screen, click Action > Post Quotation.
Now, when you go back into the quote itself, the Status is now Posted and there is a new Sales Order in the Activity tab (which can also be found by going to Sales > S/O Management).
