How do I turn on 3PL functionality in DigitBridge?

Here is a guide on how to enable the 3PL feature and tools in DigitBridge.

  • In ERP, go to Admin Tools > System Settings > System Parameters Setup.

  • Go to the System Settings tab.
  • Under 3PL, toggle Provide 3PL Service ON.
  • Click Save.

  • Click Yes.

  • You will be prompted to log out in order for your changes to take effect. Click Yes, log out. 

  • Log back in.
  • 3PL has now been enabled for your account.
