How do I update my settings so that Credit Memos automatically post to QuickBooks?

Here is a guide on how to adjust your settings so that all credit memos, upon creation, will get sent directly to QuickBooks.

Often, users will not want their credit memos to post to QuickBooks until they have been applied to a particular invoice. However, many companies do business in different ways and it's not uncommon to want all credit memos to get sent to their accounting system right away. Here's a guide on how to configure DigitBridge to do that.

First, in ERP, go to Admin Tools > QuickBooks Mapping > Integration Setup.

Go to Credit Memo Item Mapping. Locate Always Post Credit Memo to QuickBooks.

Toggle it on. Click Save.

Click Yes.

Your setting preferences have been saved. The best practice after updating settings is to log out and log back into DigitBridge.
