How do I use the AI Chatroom feature?
Here are instructions on how to find and use the Artificial Intelligence Chatroom.
Use the AI Chatroom
This feature is very easy to use. In ERP, go to Admin Tools > Utility > Chatroom.
Use the dialog box to enter any query you have, then click Send.
View chat history
To view chat history, you'll go to System Info > AI Log.
Change the Search by method from Date to Type.
From the Type dropdown, select Chat. Click Apply to show all AI Chatroom history. You can also search by date or use the filter tools to refine your search in whatever way you choose.
