How do I use the cost update log in DigitBridge?
Here's how you track changes to cost data for any item using the Cost Update Log.
Where to find it:
Go to ERP > Inventory > Cost Update Log.
What it does:
The Cost Update Log lets you view a historical record of cost changes for your products. You can filter by SKU, vendor, or date range to track when and how costs were updated.
Using the Cost Update Log:
1. Select your filters

Search by SKU, product name, or vendor

Set a date range (optional)
2. Click Apply
The results will show a list of cost changes, including:

SKU and Product Name
-
Date of change
-
Old and new cost values
-
Who made the change (User)
-
Change reason (if applicable)
3. Export or audit
Use the export function to download the log for review or auditing purposes.
