How do I use the cost update log in DigitBridge?

Here's how you track changes to cost data for any item using the Cost Update Log.

Where to find it:

Go to ERP > Inventory > Cost Update Log (under Reports).

What it does:

The Cost Update Log lets you view a historical record of cost changes for your products.


Using the Cost Update Log

Run your search

  • Click Apply to see all, or More Filter.

  • Search 
  • Set a date range (optional)

  • Click Apply

Caution: There is a default date range assigned. If you click Apply and don't see everything you're looking for, check the date range to make sure it's not impeding your search result (adjust or remove it if it is).

Results

This will show you line by line each time the item(s) was updated.

  • Auditing cost fluctuations over time

  • Troubleshooting unexpected price calculations
