How do I use the dashboard in PIM?
Here's an overview of PIM's home screen: the daily performance dashboard by channel.
Performance by Period
When you open the PIM module, the first thing you will see is the Daily Performance Dashboard. To get here again, just click Dashboard on the left-hand menu bar. This provides a concise overview of orders and shipping information on a specified day. The default page showcases today's orders and shipments across all available channels, presenting the information in a pie chart for Orders and a bar chart for both Orders and Shipments.
You can use the select date tool to view any one day as well as select specific channel(s) to view. When you have set these values, click Apply.
Now you will see an updated view of the report.
Channel Orders and Channel Listing.
Scrolling down, you will also see Channel Orders and Channel Listing.
Channel Orders is a list of daily orders over the last two weeks with each day as its own row and each channel as its own column.
Channel Listing provides a summary of the total products (SKUs) listed in each channel. It also specifies how the product inventory of the Channel is synchronized, indicating whether it's done "By Rule," "As Zero," or if there's "No" feed at all. Additionally, it indicates the status of the product catalog information sent to the channel, showing whether it's in preparation ("Prepare Catalog"), in sync ("Sync Catalog"), or not present in the channel at all ("No").
