The Order Summary Report in the 3PL Client Portal helps 3PL clients quickly analyze their outgoing order activity over a selected time period. It includes detailed breakdowns of order dates, fulfillment status, product quantities, and more.

This report is useful for:

  • Reconciling shipped orders

  • Tracking fulfillment volumes across time periods

  • Auditing order trends per SKU or destination


📍 How to Run the Report

  1. Go to the Client Portal
    Navigate to the 3PL Client Portal in your browser and log in.

  2. Click on “Reports” in the sidebar
    This will open a list of available reporting tools.

  3. Select “Order Summary Report”
    You'll be taken to a search screen with filter options.


🎯 Set Report Criteria

Use the available filters to tailor your report:

  • Date Range: Choose a start and end date for the orders you want to include.

  • Customer or Warehouse: Filter by specific shipping warehouses if needed.

  • Status: Select from "Shipped," "Pending," or "All" to narrow results.

Click Search to generate the report.


📄 Viewing & Downloading the Report

Once the report loads:

  • You’ll see Order ID, Order Date, Fulfillment Status, SKU, Qty Shipped, and Tracking Numbers in a summarized grid.

  • Use the Download button to export the report to Excel (.xlsx) or CSV for internal analysis or sharing.
