The Order Summary Report in the 3PL Client Portal helps 3PL clients quickly analyze their outgoing order activity over a selected time period. It includes detailed breakdowns of order dates, fulfillment status, product quantities, and more.
This report is useful for:

Reconciling shipped orders

📍 How to Run the Report

Go to the Client Portal
Navigate to the 3PL Client Portal in your browser and log in. -
Click on “Reports” in the sidebar
This will open a list of available reporting tools. -
Select “Order Summary Report”
You'll be taken to a search screen with filter options.
🎯 Set Report Criteria
Use the available filters to tailor your report:

Date Range: Choose a start and end date for the orders you want to include.

Customer or Warehouse: Filter by specific shipping warehouses if needed.

Status: Select from "Shipped," "Pending," or "All" to narrow results.
Click Search to generate the report.
📄 Viewing & Downloading the Report
Once the report loads:

You’ll see Order ID, Order Date, Fulfillment Status, SKU, Qty Shipped, and Tracking Numbers in a summarized grid.
