How do I use the Style Master?

Here you will learn how to use the Style Master to edit your product information.

Once you've created your Style, it’s time to put in the details. Go to Inventory > Style Master ManagementOnce on this Style Master List screen, select Style as your dropdown choice and type your style in the field. You can search by several other parameters, but let’s stick with Style for now. Click Apply.

You’ll see the relevant Style and Substyles appear.

Note: In the Style Master, individual SKUs will not show up. Only Styles and their associated Substyles.

You can make these edits by Substyle as well, but we're going to start at the Style level. Click on the Style Code you wish you edit. Once on the Style Master Management screen, change your process mode to Edit. A set of fields will be available in the General section but if you want to see more, click Show More.

Several more fields (the ones in boxes below) will appear. Fill out the relevant fields. Click Show Less to go back to the way it was.

In the Product Detail tab, you will enter pricing, size & color, product control, and other settings (what is your desired minimum stock level, lead time, etc.). If your items vary in price by color or size, you will want to adjust these ones at the Substyle or SKU level, depending. You’ll also enter the physical dimensions of the product and any other relevant fields.

Click Show More next to Other Settings to see everything included in the box below, specifically Physical specifications (length, weight, etc.)

In the Size tab, you can view your Size Code information and Color Patterns.

Children is where you can see all related Substyles and can expand to view by SKU.

Inventory is where you can view details as to the current inventory of the items.

You can find prepack info in the Prepack tab if that applies.

Custom Attributes is where you can assign pre-set attributes that were created during onboarding.

When you are done making all of your changes, click Save.

Click Yes.

Warning: Please remember that any changes on the Style level will affect all child Substyles and SKUs. Any changes on the Sub-Style level will affect all child SKUs, but not the parent Style. All changes made on individual SKUs affect that SKU only.
